Minor Declarations for Students Outside the College

Business (BUS)	Students in Kelley who want to declare an outside minor need to do so via this online form
Education (EDUC)	The School of Education has streamlined minor declarations for those in and outside the School. Students can now declare their minor directly from the SoE Undergraduate Minors page using an online form (https://education.indiana.edu/programs/undergraduate/minors/index.html).
Informatics, Computing and Engineering (SICE)	To help a student in the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing and Engineering, advisors can email Michelle Knight, Assistant Director of Academic Operations, via mglaze@indiana.edu Note Luddy guidance on their students adding a non-Luddy minor: "Consult with your Luddy advisor, and contact the undergraduate recorder’s office in the other IU school to declare your certificate or minor."
Labor Studies (LSTU)	To add an outside minor, students in Labor Studies must bring a form to their minor advisor for a signature before returning it to Sarah Bailey, Administrative Services Coordinator, via schilder@indiana.edu.
Music (MUS)	Students in the Jacobs School of Music who wish to declare an BSOF (BS with Outside Field) need to obtain a BSOF form from their Jacobs advisor. They need to complete a copy of the form with their outside advisor before returning it to Jacobs for processing. It is a good idea for advisors to keep a copy of this form for future reference. To declare an outside minor, advisors can email Rachel Benirschke, Undergraduate Recorder, via musugrec@indiana.edu
Nursing (NURS)	To help a student in the School of Nursing declare an outside minor, advisors can email Leslie Hobbs-Ramsey, Nursing Advisor and Recorder, via lhobbsra@iu.edu
Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA)	Students in the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental affairs have outside minors declared for them by their O'Neill advisors
Public Health (SPH)	To to help a student in the School of Public Health declare an outside minor, advisors can email Barb Bland, Assistant Director of Undergraduate Degree Administration, via bbland@indiana.edu
Social Work (SWK)	To help a student in the School of Social Work declare an outside minor, advisors can email David Yaiser (djyaiser@indiana.edu).
