Audits of Scheduled College Classes
Combined Sections audit
The Combined Section audit identifies discrepancies in GenEd and CASE designations for classes in a combined section. Undergraduate classes placed into combined sections must have the same designations.

Grading Basis audit
The Grading Basis audit identifies classes whose grading basis on the Schedule of Classes is out of alignment with the grading basis as assigned per College policy and the Bulletin.

Intensive Writing audits
There are two Intensive Writing (IW) audits. One identifies discrepancies between the Schedule of Classes details for classes to which the IW designation has been applied and the College's requirements for CASE IW classes.
The other confirms that classes with a report code and/or class note identifying it as an Intensive Writing section also have the proper BLIW requirement designation in the Distributed Schedule of Classes.

Variable Title audits
There are two Variable Title audits. One identifies topic IDs that have been run more than four times in an eight-year period without written permission from the College. Outreach is conducted and exceptions are made in accordance with the College's Undergraduate Variable Title policy.
The other identifies classes with variable title approval in the course catalog that are missing their topic ID in the Schedule of Classes.

Pre-enrollment Reserve Capacities audit
The Pre-enrollment Reserve Capacities (rCaps) audit is conducted as part of the annual cycle to pre-enroll fall matriculate first year beginners in classes according to their intended major. Courses for pre-enrollment are determined by the faculty administrators of units in collaboration with OUCPR. Outreach is conducted to scheduling officers to ensure rCaps are applied to all classes involved in pre-enrollment, and that the correct number of seats are reserved.
